Tilden
Gardens, a group of six five-story brick and concrete
buildings is located in the Connecticut Avenue Corridor
at 3000 Tilden St., NW, bounded by Sedgewick &
Tilden Sts. on Connecticut Ave., NW. This complex
provided the first suburban-style apartments in Cleveland
Park. Along with the Cathedral Mansions, the Broadmoor,
the Westchester, and the Kennedy Warren, this was
one of the most significant apartment complexes of
200 units or more in Washington until the 1950s.

not only the installation of the TectaGreen™
system, but also installed the plant used.
