Prior to joining Tecta, Ozburn served as Director of Human Resources for DS Waters. DS Waters, a joint venture between Dannon USA & Suntory Waters, is one of the largest bottle water companies in North America. Mr. Ozburn has also held Director roles within international management consulting firms such as A.T. Kearney, a division of EDS, and Arthur Andersen. Ozburn began his career by developing and operating an Industrial Staffing firm. Prior to beginning his Human Resources career, Ozburn served in the US Navy.

Ozburn has a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University and is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
