Mark A. Gaulin started Magco Inc., a Tecta America company, in July of 1987 as the major stockholder and serves as President. Mr. Gaulin's duties include total management of field operations, including project calendar to complete the work, estimating, purchasing, and overseeing the full view of the company's performance. Since Magco's incorporation, Mr. Gaulin has been instrumental in |
obtaining certifications from all major single-ply manufacturers, as well as, sheet metal, modified bitumen, and some structural deck systems.
Mr. Gaulin has lead the growth and reputation that Magco Inc. is known for in the roofing industry by completing some of the most difficult projects in which some competitors may even hesitate to bid. In February 2000, Mr. Gaulin was instrumental in the consolidation and formation of Tecta America Corp. He holds a seat on the Board of Directors of Tecta America Corp., one of the industries largest commercial roofing contractors in the nation.
Mr. Gaulin also founded and serves as President of Metal Fab Manufacturing, LLC since September 1993. Metal Fab Manufacturing, LLC is a producer of architectural metal roofing and accessories and produces a wide line of metal roofing panels and sells mainly to roofing contractors from Maine to Florida . Mr. Gaulin's professional associations include the Board of Director's for Tecta America Corporation, a two year term as Vice President for the National Roofing Contractor's Association (NRCA), former President of the Associated Roofing Contractor's of Maryland (ARCOM), and Chair Person of the Architectural Metal Committee for the NRCA.
Mr. Gaulin has testified in front of Congress on behalf of small businesses and small business concerns. |
