John F. Miller is Chairman of Tecta America Corp., and is also the CEO of Western Roofing Service, headquartered in San Francisco.

Miller played a critical role in forming Tecta America. Throughout his 40-year career in the roofing industry, Miller’s extensive experience has given him particular expertise in mobilizing roofing

services to remote geographic locations. Prior to his position as CEO of Western Roofing Service, he was President of Western Roofing Service for nearly 30 years. Miller is a past-president of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and has served two terms as president of the Associated Roofing Contractors of the Bay Area Counties, Inc. (ARCBAC), two terms as a member of the Board of Directors for the NRCA; and a term as the NRCA’s Senior Vice President.

A frequent public speaker, Miller has lectured around the world at professional association meetings and conferences. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California.
