William Ferem is President of
Construction Services and has been with the company
since 1965. In his earliest days at Construction Services,
Ferem worked as a laborer building roofs, working on
acoustical ceilings and building roof decks. Later he
moved to an office job as an estimator, and eventually
became the General Manager of the Amarillo office.
Ferem moved from Amarillo to Houston in 1980 to open
the office as Manager of the Houston office and Vice
President of Construction Services. His responsibilities
included everything needed to launch a new office in
a new community from acquiring potential customers,
hiring staff, establishing new vendor relations, and
acquiring all new contacts, building owners, contractors,
and property managers. In the early 90’s Ferem
became President of Construction Services.
Ferem attended Amarillo College 1964-65 and West Texas
State University 1966 and is affiliated with NRCA National
Roofing Contractors Associations; MRCA Midwest Roofing
Contractors Association; Roofing Contractors Association
of Texas, and the American General Contractors Association.
