Mr. Donohue is the President and Founder of Adelphi Capital, LLC a Washington, DC based investment bank. In this role, Donohue has been actively involved with a number of financial and strategic consulting initiatives in the transportation, telecommunications and energy industries. Over the last several years, Donohue has identified, structured and completed investments, acquisitions, strategic initiatives and joint ventures in each of these industries.

Before founding Adelphi, Donohue was a Senior Associate at a Washington, DC-based international marketing and consulting firm where he was responsible for transportation and financial services clients. Donohue has also served as Associate in the Public Finance Department of Chase Securities, Inc. and Analyst in the Public Finance Department at Bear, Stearns & Co.

In addition to his role on the board at Tecta America, Donohue serves on the boards of Overnight Corporation (OVNT; NASD), one of the country’s leading trucking firms; Asphalt Media, an innovative out-of-home advertiser; Advance Business Capital, an asset based lender; and the National Chamber Foundation, the research arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Donohue is a graduate of Georgetown University.
