operations background in both manufacturing and
construction organizations. Prior to joining Tecta
Americaiin 2003, he was vicepresident and controller
of Packaging Dynamics Corporation, a publicly
traded packaging company servicing the foodservice,
industrial laminated and specialty paper markets.
From 1993 through 2001, he was vice president
and CFO of Bagcraft Corporation, a leading manufacturer
of flexible packaging products and wholly owned
subsidiary of Packaging Dynamics Corporation,
where he worked with Mark Santacrose, Tecta’s
President and CEO. Prior to Bagcraft, Arduino
worked for Centel Corporation and Coopers &
Lybrand.
Arduino graduated from the University of Illinois,
with a degree in accounting and completed the
Executive Management Program at Texas A&M
University. He is a member of the Construction
Financial Management Association and the Financial
Executives Institute.
